Roughly 40 miles north. Typical drive time on a non-match day is about 45 minutes; expect 60–90 minutes on match days via the Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway.
Is there parking at Dallas Stadium for World Cup matches?
Yes, but parking passes are sold separately by Ticketmaster and sell out fast. Many of our guests rideshare from Frisco to avoid match-day traffic and parking costs.
How many guests can your homes accommodate during the World Cup?
All four of our homes sleep 8–12 guests comfortably and include resort-style amenities (pools, hot tubs, game rooms). They are designed for groups traveling together for events like the World Cup.

What's the minimum stay for World Cup dates?
Most matches require a minimum 3-night stay. The booking widget will enforce the right minimum based on your selected dates.
Can I cancel if my team is eliminated before my booking?
Cancellation follows our standard policy: full refund 30+ days out, partial refund 14+ days out. Knockout schedules become clearer after group play, so booking early protects your dates.
