For groups that need two or three homes, message us before booking anything. We'll confirm which combinations are available for your dates, make sure check-in times line up, and flag which homes pair best for your group's ages and plans. This is much easier to arrange direct than through a platform.

- Each home sleeps a large group comfortably — check the individual property page for exact bed and bath counts. For groups beyond one home, combining two or three of our nearby homes covers 20+ guests.
- Can we book multiple homes for the same dates?
- Yes — three of the four homes are within a 7-minute drive of each other. Message us before booking and we'll coordinate availability and check-in across homes.
- Are the homes suitable for sports teams?
- Yes — group kitchens for team meals, multiple bathrooms, laundry, and backyards with room to decompress. All homes are within about 15 minutes of Toyota Stadium and The Star.
- Can we host a party or event at the house?
- No parties or outside guests — occupancy is limited to registered guests. The homes comfortably host the group that's sleeping there, including group meals and backyard hangouts.
- Is there a discount for booking multiple homes or longer stays?
- Often, yes — multi-home and longer-stay pricing is one of the advantages of booking direct. Message us with your dates and group size for a straight answer.
