Why this works for family stays
Splashpad is unique in Frisco
DreamScape's in-backyard splashpad is the standout family amenity in our portfolio. Kids self-entertain for hours; parents stay in the pool or shade.
Fenced yards across the portfolio
Three of the four properties have fully fenced backyards. For families with little kids or dogs, this is the difference between vacation and constant supervision.
Pool + hot tub as standard
Every property has a pool and hot tub. For Texas summer (June-September), the pool is the centerpiece of the trip; the hot tub becomes the after-dinner spot.
Walking-distance attractions
Frisco itself is family-built — The Star (Cowboys HQ), Stonebriar Centre, the Frisco Public Library, parks, and the future Universal Kids Resort are all within a 5-15 minute drive.
Other properties to consider
Frisco Waves & Fairways
Extended-family reunion or multiple families together — backyard mini golf gives kids a shared activity, firepit for the after-bedtime parent hour.
The Indigo Oasis
Two families with mixed ages — game room for the older kids, fully fenced yard for younger ones to roam.
The Palmera
Family with older kids or teens — outdoor skiball, outdoor bowling, and sauna give them an actual entertainment lineup, not just a pool.
Age-by-age recommendations
**Toddlers (2-4):** DreamScape's splashpad is the safest place for water play. Splashes are shallow, no diving boards. **Elementary (5-9):** Add mini golf at Frisco Waves & Fairways and trips to The Star's plaza. **Tween+ (10+):** Game rooms at Indigo Oasis and Waves & Fairways, plus Stonebriar Centre for the in-mall scene. The Star and PGA Frisco are walkable for older kids.
Rainy-day plans
Frisco doesn't get rainy days often, but when it does: the Frisco Discovery Center, the National Videogame Museum, Stonebriar Centre, and the Sky High Sports trampoline park are all within 15 minutes. The Star's indoor restaurant scene works for older kids too.
